Hello Jaime,

I see that within 6 months your blood glucose levels have gone too high from 137 to 310.

This is an indication which shows that you need rapid medical assistance to control your glucose levels.

If you are diabetic and under pills, you must see the alternative of changing the drug dosages. You maybe need larger doses of metformin for example.

If you have already done this and no positive results came then you must undergo the insulin therapy to control your blood glucose levels.

Anyway, my advice is that first, you must try to lower your blood glucose levels in a naturally way by changing your diet and by exercising on an everyday basis.

Avoid sugars and alcohol, limit fatty foods and take regular meals but in smaller proportions.

Exercise every day or at least 3 times per week, try walking or biking instead of driving and develop a sport you like if you have one. Weight lifting can be helpful if you like going to the gym.

It is important to follow the diabetes treatment as prescribed by your doctor. Keep a schedule of drug administering. Diabetes drugs must be taken in the correct time in order to properly control the blood sugar levels.

Hope this is helpful for you.
