I read your message carefully and understood your problem.
Blood glucose levels after eating less than 10.0 mmol/L are considered normal in non diabetic people.
Maybe 8.6 is less than what you have measured usually. The reason is that long sleep can reduce the glucose levels also you skipped a meal and slept in the morning hours.
Good sleeping with good hours is one of the keys for controlling/preventing diabetes also proper diet, medication, and exercise.

hi.. my age is 22 n my sugar level is at 8.6 aftr took my meal.. is it consider as im a diabetes patient... i didnt had breakfast n straightly tool my lunch aftr woke up... thn i check sugar level it shows 8.6.. i need an explaination
