EXPERIENCE: I AM A DIABETIC FOR THE LAST SEVERAL YEARS. I CONTROL MY GLUCOSE LEVELS BY REGULARLY GOING FOR A WALK FOR 45 MINUTES AND 15 MINUTES OF strength training total 60 minutes of compulsory exercise.
I try to take the least medications and also use natural ways like eating fenugreek powder early in the morning and also eating raw garlic in the morning and also eating nuts and fruits etc.
My sugar level is quite acceptable. I am 60 years of age and i feel very healthy as of now.

Because of this, my advice for you is to continue with the exercises and start or continue following a healthy diabetic diet. These two factors are leading to better control of your blood glucose level.
