Now, to answer your question, I kindly ask to go through the Diabetic Diet Plan and Eating page again. I am sure you'll find the right measurements for portions.

For example, I have written that a portion of dairies might include:
Plain yogurt (1 cup, but avoid fruit in the bottom yogurt as they contain sugar)
Milk (1 cup)
Cheese (one slice or one oz)

As you go through that page, you might learn what portion means for other foods/drinks.
