What are the side effects that mostly impact a diabetic health?

What precautions can you take to prevent their onset?

NORMAL or DANGEROUS    Type Your Blood sugar Level:    mg/dl

While talking about diabetes, the first thing it comes to your mind should be related complications. This is true.

When it comes to side effects, most probably they may be equivalent to side effects of medications. And this is true too.

Now, to have a more clear idea, side effects are some damages your body pursues as a reaction to any body condition or disease.

So, the side effects in diabetics involve the damages your body undergo as a reaction to diabetes development including the complications.

How far the side effects can impact one diabetics health?

There is a long list for all the side effects and the damages it causes to your body and health state. Here I’m going to mention only some of them. I want you to realize that diabetes can affect all your body, from your cells to your systems, from top to toe.

  • Heart and blood vessels: stroke, heart attack, and hypertension.
  • Eyes: early settling of cataract (the lens in your eye becomes cloudy), some difficulties in focusing, diabetic retinopathy (damage of retina, the behind part of eye), partly or totally blindness.
  • Neuropathy, Nephropaty, Dermopathy, hair loss and related problems, etc would be other complications of diabetes.
  • Diabetes can affect your mental state, and sometimes, you may feel depressed. This might be because you’re always stressed to lower your blood sugar levels. But at the same time, this impaired glucose balance can damage your brain and other body cells which are responsible for your ‘good’ and ‘bad’ humor.

In addition, medications your are taking can cause damages themselves. Their unpleasant effects include hypoglycemia, liver disorders, damages to the site of insulin injections, etc.

What precautions can you take?

The most important thing you should do is to stabilize your high blood sugar levels. If you manage to do so, I will be very easy for you not to suffer diabetes side effects.

Remember: The best way to lower your blood sugar levels is the natural one. You can take advantage now and get a better way of beating naturally preventing the future complications.

YOUR BATTLE IS HARD BUT DO NOT SURRENDER.
