    Instructions:

    1.Cook beef over medium-high heat until browned, keep stirring to separate meat, and pour off fat.

    2.Add broth, Worcestershire, oregano, garlic powder and tomatoes, and heat to a boil, and then stir in macaroni.

    3.Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes, don’t forget to stir often.

    4.Garnish with parmesan cheese, if desired.

    Ingredients:

    ¼ Ib Rotelle pasta

    1 ½ tsp Estee Salt-It, divided

    1 tbsp + 1 tsp lemon juice, divided

    1 lb fresh or frozen broccoli, trimmed, and cut into bite sized pieces

    ¾ lb large fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined or ½ lb pre-peeled and deveined frozen shrimp

    ½ cup of Estee Creamy Italian Salad Dressing

    1/3 chopped fresh dill or ½ tbsp dried dill

    ½ tsp Estee Fructose

    black pepper to taste

    Instructions:

    1.Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and place in large bowl.

    2.In large saucepan, put 4 inches of water and 1 tbsp of lemon juice to a boil.

    3.Add broccoli and shrimp and cook just until shrimp turn pink and broccoli is fork tender, drain and add to pasta.

    4.Add onion and toss.

    5.In small bowl, stir together salad dressing, dill, fructose, and the remaining lemon juice.

    6.Add black pepper to taste.

    7.Pour over pasta mixture and toss to coat. Serve it warm or cold.

    This amount makes 4 Servings.
