Diabetic Food

by Zeb Smith

EXPERIENCE: I became a type 2 diabetic over four years ago. I immediately changed my diet, although, with the exception of "sugar filled" foods, I really didn't change what I ate, I simply re-arranged how I ate them.

An example would be, if I ate pasta today I didn't eat bread or if I ate bread today I didn't eat pasta. Rather than eating on the run and/or skipping meals, I ate three meals every day along with three snacks every day.

This approach to a diabetic diet allowed me to get my blood sugar under control and keep it that way.

REPLY: Congrats Zeb,

I hope you would always the strong willing you have now even in future to continue your good job on keeping your blood sugar under control.

Hope the best for you and other diabetics could benefit from your great results.

Do not forget to do regular check-ups for heart disease, colon cancer, and how is your liver or kidney, prostate functioning to prevent future undesiderable conditions or diseases.
