Avandia Recall and FDA Recommendations

There is much noise made regarding Avandia Recall and FDA recommendations. In fact, the reason for this recall from the market is because of the many side effects, noted by patients and doctors, during the treatment with Avandia.

These problems were the reason for the Avandia recall, indicating that Avandia is not a safe drug, and they could sue the company, which produces the drug. FDA (Food and Drug Administration) ordered the recall.

In addition, the company which produces the medicine- GlaxoSmithKline was advised to carry on with the more trial to find out what is the reason for these severe complications.

These complications were not recorded during the first studies. Many independent specialists were hired to examine the situation more clinical aspect.
