Any Cheap Child Diabetes Supply That You Know?

My grand-nephew is just diagnosed with child diabetes. He is 8 years old, and my sister and her husband just knew that need to have lots of diabetes supply (from glucose meter, strips, insulin, etc).

They can only afford to buy insulin meter (as they do not have insurance).

Do you know any cheap child diabetes supply option? Or do you know how they can get low-cost insurance for their child and have free diabetes supply?

We are trying to help them, but this is a life-time thing, and they must have their own secure option.
